Hello,

I'm a new member so I thought I'd introduce myself and say hello.

I stummbled upon this site when searching for clone beer reciepes online.

I looked around in here as well as other sites.

I like what I saw in here so I decided to stay. :)

I'm in the process of upgrading my equipment for mashing.

What I saw here and in books that I purchased I'm about ready to start fabbing.

I've also just purchased a kegerator kit for our old fridge.

In the meantime, I'm gonna make up a batch of extract beer, a summer wheat this weekend for something to sip on during my tinkering.

I've got,

wheat liquid extract
light liquid extract
DME
Haullertauer hops
Cascade hops
Irish moss
gypsium
Dry wheat yeast and Dry ale yeast
coriander
oranges
lemons
honey

I've looked at a bunch of receipes and I think I'll take a little from here and there to come up with something.

Of course, any good advice is always appreciated!

Cheers

Ching Ching

Bottoms up

Thanks Bill and Christian for the welcome .

I will say brewing does become an obsession pretty quick after you've had some good homebrew that you made yourself.

Makes you want to shoot for the perfect beer.

Christain, I liked the info on brewing with Tea. :)
