Just tasted my 1st attempt

Well, after patiently waiting for the fermentation and a couple weeks of bottle conditioning, I tried my first taste of my hefe weissen. And the verdict was......It was Awesome! I understand it will still improve but, wow, I never expected this good for a 1st try from an extract. Needless to say, I'm now hooked on this hobby and I'm going to brew again tomorrow. Thanks to the sage advice from members of this forum, my 1st experience went without a snag.

Good job dude I just finished my 1st batch too and I love it too! Definitiely a lot of room for improvement but it just feels great to have something drinkable as first batch!

Well done. Brewing can have its ups and downs, but it is always nice to get off to such a great start.
