Had one of these beers at triumph brewery recently. I absolutely loved this beer and it was just like drinking liquid rye bread. I'm new to brewing so as of now I'm just extract brewing. Has anyone encountered recipes with the flavor profile of this beer? I haven’t tried brewing any beers with rye malts so I don't really know if they produce a really pronounced flavor.

I know this is an old post, but I'm contemplating the same question. Triumph's Rye is one of the greatest most unique beers I've tried. I think you would need a Bavarian style wiezen yeast (3068?) because I remember that banana/clove quality... and I would suspect caraway is key. ...might be some oats involved too.
