So excited i got a pipeline started. Four cases bottled Bottling today. Brewing tomorrow and have three more on deck. I love this game. Oh happy weekend everyone

Thanks for reminding me that I'm out of beer ;) Well, not really, but it always seems to be an uphill battle. I've got a keg of Wee Heavy carbing (it looks like its going to take a few more days) and a case of White House Honey Ale, but I've already promised most of that to other people. I really need to brew more . . . Next up is an Nelson Sauvign Pale Ale (I've never used Nelson Sauvign hops before and I'm looking forward to trying them).

Nelson's r citrusy and delicious! They do really good at all phases of the brew and r great for dry hop...do u plan on using any other hops or just them? If u want the full Nelson sauvign experience, stick to that for all phases & that will be one tasty beer. Keep us posted on that one!!

I was going to only use them. I've got 6 ounces of organic Nelson Sauvigns from New Zealand. Thought I would mash hop, first wort hop, 10 minute, 5 minute and dry hop. Aim for 38ish IBUs. Simple grain bill: pale malt, 5% Munich, 5% crystal 20L, plus 1 lb of wheat malt. Mash at 152F.
