So i made a blackberry wheat beer. I soaked the blackberries in some vodka before i put them in the fermenter.

three weeks later there is an unpleasant sour odor. there is a dollar sized almost transparent film on the top. i assuming that what the mold looks like or a by product of the infection. ill post a pic up soon.

another factor i thought of but i dont think contributed to the infection is i also added hibiscus leaves 15 minutes before then end of the boil.
 
i just tasted it. Effing nasty. Ive never tasted anything more horrible in my life. This one is a goner. i think what did it is i used wild blackberries from my backyard. I guess they weren't sanitized good enough.
