This appears on todays USA page in the Money section. I don't have any money but I wonder if any one has brewed with millet?

cheers, Mike

I haven't brewed with 100% millet because I haven't been able to locate some that I can malt (It needs its hull). I've read that it comes off as tasting more like wheat than barley.

I do have a 100% buckwheat beer fermenting.

At the last group by we did, Jason from Colorado Malting said he was looking into millet, as it's a big crop for Colorado. I've never brewed with it before, but it would be interesting to try out.
