It's a specialty malt, "premashed" so to speak. You can use it for color and flavor up to 20% of the grain bill, but most often 10% is a good amount for most beers.
 
Well I may have just ruined a batch.. I got about 21 lbs of it from a friend who owns a brewery thinking it was 2 row brewers malt.. We knew our mistake as soon as we mashed in and saw the color.. Ending gravity was only 1.051 so that explains it. Too bad because we had plans for a nice zythos ipa.
