Looks like a mass of frog eggs that have gone bad.
Might just be coagulated proteins that have been floated up by CO2. How long has the beer been in the fermentor after reaching a stable specific gravity?

The OP there chose not to answer my question regarding what strain he/she used - maybe you could provide what strain YOU used.
But whatever was going on there looks like it's going on in your fermentor.
I have a suspicion it's not a bad thing, just different...
