Is this mold on my chest freezer?

I took 3 pictures of inside the chest freezer:

I recently moved and left my chest freezer a little unattended as I settled in and made an adequate space for my brewing. Problem is I detected some mold when I opened it up so left it a couple of days in a mild bleach solution. Maybe I left it too many days and the bleach ate the silver paint coating. Or is it mold?

I had the same thing. I just used some Bar keepers friend and it came right off.
