I don't think it's that good a deal. I'd rather have a two-gauge regulator (Taprite is good).
You can get used cornelius kegs if that's the style you want. I prefer, if I'm going to buy a new keg, to get MoreBeer's Torpedo kegs. Shipping on those is free.

You can get the quick disconnects and tubing and such any place.
I know you may be more interested in a complete kit to start to reduce the decisions you need to make (been there, felt the same), but if you can wait a bit and look for used corny kegs, you might knock your price down quite a bit.
