Is there a ratio when Substituting LME for Wheat LME?

I'm curious to know,

If one was wanting to substitue LME in a recipe for Wheat LME, is the substitution ratio the same as 1:1?

Is SG typically the same?
Is the fermentable sugars the same?
 
The SG should be almost identical especially if you are using a product from the same company. As for fermentable sugars, many extracts run in the 75-80% range, so I would expect that as a baseline value to work your calculations from.
