This is only my fourth starter I have done. The other three were all Wyeast starters and this is my first White Labs. The yeast is WLP002 English Ale. Normally my starter just looks like coffee with a lot of creamer in it. This batch looks like it has lumps of cottage cheese swirling around in it which was not there at first about 24 hours in. I am at about 36 hours here on the plate. This was 1 packet. 1200 ML water and 1/2 DME. Thanks in advance.
