I'm inclined to say it looks "OK" if it's within say 10 days of pitching...

A lot of times the cold/ hot break can clump like that, I've had some even stick to the side of the carboy, looked like stalagmites growing up from the bottom or is that stalactites, I don't know. Looks fine.
 
This is exactly why I loved brewing in buckets to start out. Couldn't see the scary 'what is this' stuff!
