I brewed a pumpkin spice ale back in September that is still sitting in the secondary...is this brew a goner or can I still keg it?! I'm sure the sediments been breaking down...

Most likely not a goner. Its probably right at its peak now....definitely get that puppy into a keg or some bottles. Im guessing it will taste pretty good given those couple of months conditioning. Let us know how it turns out.
 
That is a long time! I thought I was taking long time with 5 weeks in primary but that outdoes me big time! Yeup, I agree taste it first to ensure it is not rancid and then drink it!
 
Let us know how it tastes! I really wana know! never heard of a beer thats been left in secondary for so long! it is probably going to be fantastic!
