This has nothing to do with answering the OP because numerous people have already contributed sound advice. I'm just stating that it would be awesome if they followed through and improved upon Smell-O-Vision that was created back in the 50's/60's. Someone could post what the smell was and give us an actual sample!

I have learned a lot from these first two batches but now I have way too much beer so I have to drink it before I can brew again. Thanks a lot for your help!

There's no such thing as too much beer. Get another batch started so it will be ready by the time you finish drinking these.
