I have several cases of beer I brewed 6 years ago, and 2 corny kegs that were stored in a temperature controlled basement. I did charge the kegs with co2 prior to storage, and they had new, lubed seals. If the beer doesn’t have any obvious smell and looks fine in a glass, is it safe to drink?

Ok, i’ll Let everyone know. I put more hops than I cared for in them to begin with, and have always heard that time cures a lot of “off” taste, so i’m Interested to see if they taste any different. Thanks for the replies!

Good luck. Have 9-1-1 on speed dial, just in case...
