I am planning on doing my 3rd all grain batch this week. Was interested in a red ale. Here is my rough draft! Any thoughts or advice would be cool!
7 lbs marris otter
2 lbs vienna malt
1 lbs cara red
.5 oz simcoe @ 60 min
.5 oz saaz @ 15 min
1 oz saaz dry hopped
Wyeast Irish ale yeast #1084
I want it to be pale red and hoppy!
