Hi I bought 11 lbs of crystal and 11 lbs of summit and was thinking of making a IPA any suggestions for hop schedule. I was thinking for a 10 gal batch

25 lbs pale 2row
10 lbs munich or vienna
3oz summit in the mash
3oz crystal in mash
.5oz summit 60min
.5oz summit 40min
.5oz summit 20min
3oz summit flame out whirlpool 30min
3oz crystal flame out whirlpool 30min
3oz summit dry hop 4days
3oz crystal dry hop 4days

yeast I have s33 slurry which i was thinking of using, s04 and t58 2 packets of each in the fridge.
