Hey peeps! Here are a couple pictures from a funky farmhouse IPA I made, the first picture is a bunch a homegrown cascade hops that went into the beer.

the second picture is not the hot break but the pellicile that formed on the second runnings from an Imperial pumpkin beer that I let open ferment for 2 days in the kettle. It definitely had some barnyard funk to it that I think will be good with what seem like pretty dank tasting hops.

The last picture is the bad boy happily fermenting away with S-05 yeast.
