IPA recipe help.

I am starting a brewing session with some friends for the first time and have formulated a recipe but do not want to make a fool of myself by making a crappy beer so I wouldn't mind if some of you guys could give it look over first please?
Too many times have I tried something spectacular only for it to taste funny...
The style I'm aiming for is an IPA with a Belgian influence... I will be using Belgian yeast... See attachment for recipe...
