This is my second attempt at writing a recipe. what do you make of it? What about the hop usage?

1/2 lb - US Caramel 40L Malt 0.50 lb 6.3 % 3.8 In Mash/Steeped
1/2 lb - Victory Malt 0.50 lb 6.3 % 2.6 In Mash/Steeped
Hops:
1 oz - Columbus 12.2 % 60 Min From End
1 oz - EK Golding 4.8 % 20 Min From End
1 oz - EK Golding 4.8 % 10 Min From End
1 oz - Amarillo 8.9 % 5 Min From End
1 oz - Amarillo 8.9 % Dry-Hopped

White Labs WLP051-California Ale V
