@tennesseean_87 Lol, that is so much hops. That recipe looks great, but damn thats a big hop bill. What software program did you use? Seems like those flameout hops should add a few IBUs
I use beersmith, and I add them this way because I don't feel like they add the perceived bitterness the software claims when added as whirlpool hops. This beer came out great, got good praise from my club, but didn't have a bitter bite to it, despite 75-100ppm sulfate used. Maybe I've just undergone lupulin threshold shift and am used to bitter beers (I was never a really big IPA guy, but I'm leaning more that way now--95 IBU DIPA with 12 total oz and same whirpool calculations as here so they don't inflate estimated IBUs). As always, YMMV based on your system and tastes. I use a hop spider and dryhop in a bag if that makes any sort of difference.
Maybe this would be closer to OP's needs. It also turned out well, but maybe lighter and/or less crystal and less IBUS from 60 min addition.
