Pitch yeast starter..very large starter I used..at 74deg.

Racked to secondary after 7 days.
Primed with 3/4C corn sugar. It will need apx 2 weeks to prime up fully and another week or two to age out. Fairly undrinkable after one week in primary

just tried it after 10 days priming. still a little under carbonated. hoppy taste is mellowing..great Fuggles smell and brambling cross taste. still a bit to bitter..another week and it should be great!!!:drunk:

so much for another week. tried tonight...wonderful..very good now...the most pleased I have been with any of my batches...maybe and 4 days to get as carbonated as I would like. still a little light and slightly watery still...but very very good
