It's high time I introduce myself to the group: I'm a relatively new homebrewer from Las Vegas, NV. I dabbled in the hobby a few years back but really got down to business during this past winter. I have a couple beers people actually like to drink and I'm always stoked to brew my next batch.
I have a question for those of you who brew in hot climates (the coldest spot on my property from May to November is my garage and there's no way it's cooler than 77 degrees): do you suspend brewing in the hot months or do you use a fridge or freezer with a after-market thermostat for fermenting and conditioning?
Thanks all!
