I’ve been brewing and wine making for many decades. Recently started with PicoBrew before the company died. I use PicoBrew Pro and C boxes with Small Brew Companion software. I collaborate with my son and recently found two free ProciBrew Zs to rehabilitate. Our most recent brew was an excellent Session Sour with Philly Sour yeast. Son gifted me a FastFerment conical system that greatly reduces hassle of multiple rackings - that’s after I fixed valve and lid leaks.
