Jeff Schauland, Roanoke Tasting Room Brewer at Deschutes Brewery, has some tips for you to run an easy DIY Diacetyl test on your beer. Diacetyl gives off the flavor and aroma of movie theater popcorn butter and is very common and preventable!​
