Well my first batch has been in the bottles for almost 2 weeks and I took a look at one of the bottles and noticed some funk at the bottom. It had a weird filmy look and could mix into the beer. I'm not sure if it's just yeast or sugar or protein or some kind of infection the beer is an iPa and this layer that settled at the bottom is yellowish white

It's yeast and very normal. Pour gently and leave that stuff behind.
 
Looks like yeast and possibly trub to me. I have way less in my bottles but its there.
 
Stick them in the fridge(or your cold garage) for 4-5 days and that layer will settle and compact. And the beer above will be all the more clear.
