Inline GFCI HELP

I got one of those inline xerox gfci cords the other week but am trying to figure out which wire goes to neutral.

Theres a Green and yellow that goes to ground, a black which i assume is hot, a blue and a brown. Not sure which is neutral and which is hot. Let me know if anyone knows which is which.

I would think brown but im not sure
