So how is the accuracy/stability of this now that people have had it? I’ve read some cheap meters have to be calibrated every day and others last a month or 2 in storage.

I got one to review, but all I've done with it so far is check and calibrate and check again. I can say that: 1) the readings for the calibration solutions weren't too far off right out of the box, 2) it's just stupid easy to calibrate (place in low pH buffer, press and hold calibrate button until display starts blinking, wait for display to stop blinking, repeat for high pH and neutral buffers), and 3) it stayed calibrated after being turned off for several minutes and turned back on. I'll try to remember to report back after I use it for real on my next brew day.

Having said that, I will make a general comment about calibrating meters - I spent my whole life in biological laboratories. I've used some pretty high end pH meters in my day. I always cleaned and calibrated every one of them every single time I used it.

I just bought one and took it for its inaugural run. As others have said, it’s stupid easy. Create the ph solution with the included packets. Dip the meter in and press a button for each solution to calibrate, and off you go. It couldn’t be easier.
