I'm trying to replicate a partial grain/extract recipe I made. I used a slice pack from a brewers best summer ale kit. Anyone know what's all in it? Don't wanna buy the kit just for the spice pack.

Looking at the beer online I'm going to hazard a guess that it's a witbier, so it's going to have a combination of Bitter and Sweet Dried Orange peel, Coriander and Grains of Paradise, and maybe dried lemon peel as well.

Man that kits takes me back. Probably the first beer I ever made. From what I remember it certainly had a mix of the sweet and bitter orange peel, along with grains of paradise. It didn't seem to have coriander, though. I'm pretty sure of that. Could certainly see a small amount of lemon peel being in there as well. It was a fairly simple spice mix.

From the Brewer's Best website.

Summer Ale
Pleasant citrus notes come from
the bitter orange and lemon peel.

I don't know if there is anything else in the pack.
