Just a few days into primary fermentation of a black IPA. First pic the Kraus is forming as normal with some yeast (dark brown on the foam). But, in the second pic there is a yellow that I have never seen before...any ideas what that is??

Thanks all!

Hmmm good guess with the hop debris... I used pellet good as well which is also a first time for me.. usually prefer whole leaf..it smells great at this point

You're good. Even if it was questionable, let it finish and keg... I personally have been surprised multiple times

Infections in primary are extremely rare. There will be bacteria in the air when you put the wort into the fermenter but then you add billions of yeast cells. This quickly creates conditions that the bacteria cannot reproduce in or even survive in. To get an infection going you need to change those conditions, usually by moving the beer to another vessel to "secondary" it.
Your yellow debris is just from the pellet hops.
