Trying to brew a KBS clone recipe I got from byo. A lot of people who Brewer the same beer commented that they had problems with infection. It calls for bakers chocolate and nibs at flameout. I was suspicious of this because I didn't think it would sanitize if only At boiling temp for a minute. Anyway, it's been in the secondary for a month and today I checked it and saw these bubbles. Never had an infection before, but I don't think this looks good. Opinions are welcome.
