Hey guys. A couple days ago I took a hydrometer reading about a week into the fermentation. I was meticulous about sanitizing and made sure everything was clean. Today, it has some white dots and a film like substance floating. It was mostly clear on top before I took the reading. Is this possibly the sign of an infection or did I just disturb the yeast? Pics below.

Thanks. This is my first home brew so I’ve been having mini panic attacks over everything! Just concerned me that it was clear before the reading and much different after.
No worries we have all been there. Head over to the post your infection thread and look in there. That’s when you should worry, lol. But yeah that just looks like CO2 bubbles and Hop/yeast particals
