Infection or not?

This is a Pliney The Elder with US-05. Looks like soap bubbles. Normal?

It could be left over bubbles from fermentation. The majority of the yeast has probably dropped out and linguring release of co2 is creating the bubbles
 
dry or rehydrated ? 11 days seem like a long time


Looks normal to me too. Being that it's a Pliny, I wouldn't think it to be too unusual for there to be stubborn u fallen krausen after 11 days. Did you have a vigorous fermentation the first couple days?
 
not too sure about the vigorous fermentation. I'll just go along with the recipe and wait for the big taste test. I just have never seen the "soapy" type stuff as in the first pic I posted.
