Good day everyone. My first post and unfortunately needs to be related to a possible infection.
My second batch is a Two Hearted IPA clone, that seemed to have a significant amount of cloudiness after 10 days in the primary. I read online about clarification solutions and tried a gelatin clarification method to clarify the beer in the secondary. Seemed to work pretty well, beer is quite clear after 3 weeks in secondary. I just removed the hop bags from dry hopping and the top of the beer has a significant amount of stuff floating on it. I have attached a photo, sorry for the clarity, hard to get a decent photo through the carboy.
This is only my second batch so not sure if this is normal to see in the secondary.
Thank you.
