I made an Imperial IPA a couple months ago, and it has been in the keg for about 3 weeks now. I have been noticing a progressively increasing amount of sediment (yellowish, I assume yeast) in the beers I pour which settles slowly into the bottom of my glass as I'm drinking it. This is happening more and more frequently, with more and more yeast coming out in each beer. I assume that it's a yeast cake forming in the bottom of my keg that is getting disturbed by the outlet tube? Is there anything to do about it now, or to avoid similar issues in the future?? I suppose I could siphon the remaining beer off the yeast in the keg and into a different one, but that kinda seems like a pain in the ass. Is there an easier fix?? Thanks guys!
