I used O2 for the first time. I have the SS Brewtech in line O2 setup. I ran it the entire time I was transferring my wort to the fermenter. Fermentation was great but now I am seeing that this may be to long. Is there any downside to running it this long besides the waste of O2? Fermentation is almost complete and it was a great fermentation. When I take the samples for the readings they are a little foamy as well.
