Never had a Boulevard Tank 7, but however good that pairing is I think I'd have a hard time saying it's better than matching a Stone IPA with a good Indian curry.

There are no important questions. Only my important answer.
The best food pairing I have had recently was a black IPA with some slow hickory smoked pork tenderloin. That's the stuff.
A close second would be any good APA/IPA with anything uber spicy. It really ties the room together.
