It was pretty experimental batch (half of it to be more specific; second 2.6gal, with another additives is still working) so I made a few rookie mistakes. First of all I didin't get rid of coconut fats enough so it concentrated on the top of a beer in a bottle whitch looks ugly. Second, I didn't filtered a beer enough after kaffir leafes addition and few crumbs got into bottles too.
Despite of it I got extremely enjoyable and tasteful beer. Pours hazy, classic orange, with dense, creamy, white head that left snowy lace on the glass. It's reduced pretty fast (FAAAATS!) but keeps thin layer at the top for most of the time. Aroma - strong banana and coconut notes, oranges and some lemons. Everything very balanced (although lemon/citrus might be a little bit stronger). But the taste is literally amazing - full-bodied, marshmallow-like, sweet and fruity with strong banana, coconut and orange notes with subtle lemon notes behind. Low-carbonated with bitter graze on finish. No alco (ABV ~7%) detected. Great beer.
PIC REL
Poor quality because it's night over here. Paired with pizza with homemade smoked meat and cheeses. Cheers guys!
