I'm a new craft brewer in the craft beer capital of New Zealand. If you aren't familiar with the craft beer scene over here (the bottom of the world) the craft capital is in Wellington.
I have just bottled my first APA, and on first taste it's really hoppy without the bitterness. Lots of Nelson and Citra hops blended with wheat from the Canterbury plains and Petone natural spring water. I think I'm on to a winner.
Anyways wanted to introduce myself and find other new brewers here to swap ideas. I've just made my first all grain 3 tier stainless steel system and would like to discuss setups.
