I'm new from New Zealand

Hi all,
I'm a new craft brewer in the craft beer capital of New Zealand. If you aren't familiar with the craft beer scene over here (the bottom of the world) the craft capital is in Wellington.
I have just bottled my first APA, and on first taste it's really hoppy without the bitterness. Lots of Nelson and Citra hops blended with wheat from the Canterbury plains and Petone natural spring water. I think I'm on to a winner.
Anyways wanted to introduce myself and find other new brewers here to swap ideas. I've just made my first all grain 3 tier stainless steel system and would like to discuss setups.

Send us pictures. I spent a month in NZ last winter and the craft brewing thing is exploding. I have friends that are farmers there, and it appears that all kinds of great ingredients are available and you can grow almost anything somewhere in NZ. Good luck getting rid of possums and stoats.
