Hello, my name is Jeff May and I've been home brewing since 1998. I brew 5 gallon batches with a cooler and turkey pot type setup. I also have a Zymatic for doing small test batches to dial in my recipes. My favorite beers are German but I brew a little of everything. I'm a technical brewer and like to dig deep into brewing science.

This is a fully licensed private brewery that is within the secure campus of a corporation named Castle Branch. The beer is brewed and served in a tap room solely for the associates and guests of Castle Branch and their partner companies.
