Maybe some melanoidin malt; i use that in some of my ipas; looks good; love the hops; i use those often; i like to bitter with columbus and get less 60min boil additions and more 40, 30, 20 minute additions; i like bitter, but not the extreme bitter IBU from 60min boil; i would definitely drink one from this recipe! just my 2 cents; looks good tho!

the vienna and munich will be a nice touch to give some complexity; i love the oats, but seems like a bit much perhaps to me, but you don't have any other adjuncts; i've never used honey malt, but perhaps might try in my next batch

Thanks for the reply and insight.... I have made a similar beer as this is the revised version I took out some early hop additions and decreased base malt added 1lb corn sugar to dry it up a bit. Not sure if the 60 min hop additions are to much. Maybe cut in half and add at 30 min?

perhaps mash a degree or two lower to dry-out some more?? i add some hops in my ipas about every 5-10 minutes in boil as i want all the full hop effect; i'm not a really harsh bitter ibu guy though and get more ibu from my mid- boil additions; if you are a bitter guy, definitely keep 'em; you will need a lot of bitter/IBU though to balance with it being 10%!!
