This evening, after a long drive home, I brewed up a batch of graff that I hope will turn out nicely. I'd forgotten the great smell of wort - I have only recently started fermenting alcoholic beverages and my focus has been on ciders. Prior to taking up this hobby I had assisted in brewing/been to breweries, and that worty smell is something I had nearly forgotten. That smell might be what changes me from a "cider dad" to a "beer dad".
