Ice cream cones

Im participating in a benefit for autism next month. My son, who is autistic, was given the job of deciding what daddy should make. He said chocolate ice cream. I was thinking of including ice cream cones sans ice cream in the mash. Anyone tired this before?

Nope. But I've had various beers with various other grain-based items in them, like Oatmeal Cookie, Pancake, Cereal, etc.

I think it's a very worthwhile experiment. Maybe do a chocolate beer and add some cone ground up in the mash? I wonder how much aroma/flavor you'd lose in the boil. Maybe add in the fermentor?
