So i've got some hops laying that i want to trying doing a SMaSH with.

Glacier - 2oz - 6% AA
Challenger - 2oz - 6.5% AA
Cluster - 1oz - 6.4% AA
Palisade - 1oz - 7.4% AA

I'm not looking for a bitter pale ale. Hoping for a crowd pleaser and something bud light fans would enjoy.

I'm leaning towards Glacier or Palisade and either 2-row or Marris Otter for the malts and then probably Notty for the yeast.

LMK what you guys think. Any help would be appreciated.

I do a Maris Otter/Vanguard Blonde Ale with an OG of 1.046 and 16 IBUs that is a BMC crowd pleaser. 60 min, 30 min, and 5 min additions

Mash at 154, ferment cool

We've done three kegs of this since last fall.

I dont have access to beersmith right now, but i was thinking of going with 10.5lbs of MO, which should put me at around 1.051 OG.

Not sure of the mash temp, but the 154 i could see working work out. I was thinking between 152-154.

I'm leaning towards Glacier for the hop choice. Just no access to beersmith so i'm not sure if i should go with 1 or 2 oz. Probably do a 60, 20, 5 or something like that.
