Bottled my first "homemade" recipe (non-kit extract) today. This was also the first batch that I took readings from for gravity. You can see below how that went. I'm happy that I think I got what I wanted when I made the recipe - an amber pale ale with med. low IBU (38) and ABV around 5 (the target was 4.75).

I was almost dead on with the gravity. I've brewed about a dozen or so batches in the last two years but only the last three have been what I would call very good. I think I'm getting the hang of this which makes me very happy! :rockin:

My bottling procedure has become very streamlined and clean (sanitary) which I believe has been the key to better beer.

Nice job! It's a great moment when it all starts falling in place, and you start making something you actually love to drink.
