And again couldn't find it. Anybody remember that pic of the wort that had nasty looking white threads on it? Well stupid/ lazy me didn't clean out the MLT after satudays brew, the residual wort and grains seperated and I left it for a day because I was busy. This morning I went to the garage to clean up my mess and there were the white threads and the nasties smelling form of evil I have ever encountered, so to answer the question damn right that beer was infected.NOTE TO SELF: clean the MLT after every brew.*gag*
