Hello, I have a question for all of you. I bought some ingredients off a website, and forgot where the recipe was :( So, I need HBT's help to make an IPA that would utilize all my ingredients. Here it they are. PS I would like a hoppy IPA, but not quite double, I already have one of those in the fermenting.

I have about 30 lbs of 2-Row

12oz of 40L
10z of 90L
4.5 oz Magnum hops
2 oz of Centennial

I also can get us05, but don't have it.

What should the schedule be?

Thanks for the help!

What is your brewhouse efficiency?

What is the AA% on your hops?

Do you like your IPA's on the dry side or full body side?

What OG/ABV% are you looking for?

When you say "hoppy" - are you wanting firm bitterness or in your face aroma? If it's the latter, you might need to procure some more aroma hops for a 5 gallon batch.

I generally run about mid-70s in the eff. Larger beers I get 72ish, but smaller beers I can get ~77%. I don't know the AA% of the Centennial, but the Magnums are 14.5% AA. I do prefer drier IPA's with a lot of aroma. However, I am willing to experiment as well. I don't really care about OG. I wouldn't mind mid 6% or even 7%. (This is also open).
