I recently moved to the Reno area and updated my micro cheese factory. I set it up on one side of my garage and added a couple nice sinks and some stainless shelves to give everything a permanent spot. I also redesigned the drain/cheddaring table and couldn't be happier with how well it works.

Welcome to Western Nevada! I live in Fallon, about an hour east of Reno and just love it. Got my wife a cheese making kit for Christmas, so will likely get into it with her since both of us are part mouse.

I'm an avid home brewer and expanded from beer only to beer and hard cider last year. My favorite styles are IPAs and Pale ales, so will likely be making cheeses that pair well with them. I'm thinking Blues and cedars.

Will you be selling your cheeses? If so, would be interested in trying some of them when you get rolling. Hope you like the are as much as we do.
