Wow that is incredibly dangerous unless you really know what you are doing. It would be safer to taste gas to see which grade it is before you put it in your car.
Are the colors screaming at you or are you doubled over in pain?

Oh yeah, hubby and I decided to work on the bottle some more. He's passed out, I'm heading that way too.

You know, we wouldn't want the bottle to spoil since it's already been opened. :p Will go ahead and finish it off. Don't want it to spoil or go bad!

I don't even have the energy to pour another drink, so that whole plan is a no-go.. Perhaps the bottle will not spoil until next weekend. :drunk:

Yeah, much better.... not.... you are no help, GN! Loving you through a cloud of blue mushrooms ;)

You're braver than I. I don't touch a chainsaw after drinking beer.

20 cord is a lot of wood. Full cord or face cord?

I'll bet you smell good now (pine, love it!)

We blocked it all. I will go over today and take a photo of the pile. Man when I was young I could do that all day every day but now I am glad it is done and I can take a break for a bit.

Heck I am going to have to take a break for a bit just to get caught up sharpening saws and such.

For me a face cord of wood is full lengths of wood on a trailer. Lots of people will buy wood that way and block it at their house saving a bit of money. I do not like selling wood in length simply because it is a turkey shoot if you are giving them a fair cord of wood and I do not like to short people.

I would rather block it and then stack it in the trailer insuring that I give a fair cord. Heck I always throw a bit more on just to make sure they get a full cord but I figure I will give a cord that I would like to receive. Seems to work since I sell all the wood every year to the same group of people.

A few years ago a neighbor had a great big popular fall over that was on a island in the middle of a pond so I had to wait for the pond to freeze over before I could get it. The frozen wood cut real easy which kind of surprised me but splitting it just sucked. When it gave way it would jump up and more than once it hit me.

This wood was at a car dealership. The dealership had these great big windows that faced us and while we were working there was a gaggle of people in that window watching us. I kind of felt like I was in a zoo exhibit for the people to enjoy. It was weird working in town as well. When I am up in the hills working you have to make sure you take everything you need for the day but in town you just run to the store for oil or more beer :D

I went to go see my head doctor today and they didn't try to lock me up, so I guess that means I am sane enough to be out in public.

It snowed here. My hands and feet hurt. I think I'll have some hot chocolate, maybe with a little west indies goods in it...

This week it will be high 80s and 90s here. I need to dig out my mosquito suit too, they are getting bad. Once I was working in the big garden wearing my suit when I first got it and my sister thought she saw a little big foot. Went running in the house for my nephew to quick come look!

Still snowing here. Had to bottle my concord wine. It was starting to taste a bit like soy sauce.
